I acquired my first quail in 2003. An interest in genetics gradually became a long-term breeding project. Today I develop four Japanese quail programs with different objectives for egg production and growth.
Choosing a program starts with your production goals. The connection between foundation populations, parent stock and the final commercial hybrid also matters.
